Refund policy

1- you are entitled to refund any order within a period of 1-3 days from delivery date of the order.
2- refunding process takes up to 5-7 working days .
3- after refund approval , the full amount will be refunded ( excluding delivery charges )
3- refund amount will be added to your account in the store cridet that can be used for 4 months . As it will not appear in your bank statement .
4- incase of not using the credit note for more than 4 months it will be cancelled.
5- Ready to wear & Sale items cannot be refunded .
6- gift cards are not entitled for refunding .

Return & exchange policy

1- you are entitled for an exchange of your order with a period of 1-3 days from receiving the confirmation letter .
2- you are entitled for alterations, and retuning any order within a period of 1-3 days from receiving.
2-items to be returned in perfect condition.
3- exchange of the item can be done only once .
4-gift items cannot be exchanged or returned.
5- items damaged by the costumers use cannot be exchanged or returned
6- special customized orders cannot be exchanged .
7- Ready to wear & sale items cannot be exchanged or returned .
8- incase of manufacturing damage you are entitled for an exchange .

Items Condition

1- to refund or exchange your order the item needs to be , ( unworn , unwashed , unaltered , without a scent , undamaged , ) .
2- to refund or exchange your order you must send the item back in perfect condition along with the accessories ( such us tags , wrapping paper , bags , head scarf etc . )
3- items with outside alterations cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Returning process

1- you can request a return order by your account on our website through tracking orders – return – specify the reason .
2- pick up order will be during 2-4 working days .
3- return approval confirmation will be sent by an email
